Beau Architecture have undertaken detailed design for this new build block of flats and houses on a former car park and garage site at Edith Road, Bounds Green. This project will deliver eight new zero carbon homes for Haringey Council who will provide 100 per cent of the units as affordable homes for rent including wheelchair accessible units. This project is a first for Haringey Council to deliver zero carbon affordable homes on small infill sites in urban locations. The rollout of this model across London has the potential to meet housing needs, improve access to housing and reduce climate change.
